Thirty five years!

Today's card is for the dear husband. Thirty five years ago today it was hotter than blazes while I took my wedding vows!  I was married outside and the minister was 88 years. It was the wedding he performed.  I remember he called me Sarah through the whole service. Thank goodness the license had Susan on it or I would  have questioned whether I was really married!

Happy Monday! The last 4 weeks have just flown by.  It's hard to believe but Christmas is just 6 days away!! Are you all ready? For many years, I worked as a designer in the infant and children fashion industry. I specialized in producing “cute things” and have a lot of experience designing prints and patterns. I realized that I could apply my knowledge to graphic design and illustration and share my creations with others. As you all know, I have struggled with digi stamps. Half the problem is my printer jams whenever I put even the lightest weight card stock in it. I had to come up with a plan. So what I do is I print all my images on copy paper and adhere the image to card stock and then fussy cut it or just attach it to my card base. maybe a bit more work but works for me.  I had so much fun with this image. If you know any campers in your life this card really will brighten their world!!

Happy Monday all! We  are looking at some snow arriving in southeastern Pa. I hate snow when I have to go to work. The older I get the more I hate the cold wintery weather. Send me down south!

I have put my holiday stamps away and have pulled out all my Valentine stamps. I am starting to work on my "love" cards.

I snow love you.....

 Today I am reminding you that you have one more week to play along with Inky Paws for 2020! Where did this crazy year go. It felt like it dragged and then flew along. Very weird.

Our last challenge for the year is a cool sketch. So many ways to go with this.

Some bunny

This is my first time hosting the challenge at CAS on Friday At the time I chose the theme, there was no covid 19 spreading it's ugly droplets across the world and I clearly had no idea when Easter was!

Often you see a generic "critter" or "animal" theme for challenges. I took it one step further and narrowed it down to a specific critter. So the new challenge at CAS on Friday  is:

Bunnies

I have a love/hate relationship with these cute soft and cuddly critters. My back yard is a home to about a gazillion bunnies. Makes it hard to grow a garden of any kind. But when you see the babies hopping across the yard, you just have to smile.

Today's card is a super clean, CAS card. Not sure who and where the stamps came from, I have had them for forever.

Even though Easter is a week gone, one can always use a cute bunny card. This will be going to my husband for a "just because" card. everyone can use one of those. Especially now with all the social distancing, self quarantines and social isolation. Maybe you know someone who would be cheered up by receiving a cuddly bunny card.

Does ombre' ever get old? I don't think so. Today is new challenge at CAS on Friday. Naturally the theme this month is: 

LOVE

This challenge is the perfect way to have a Valentine day card on hand for that special someone in you life. My guy loves getting cards and I usually make about 5-6 for him.  I have to get busy, I only have three made.
