Today's card features the "hey ghoul" die from My Favorite Things. The original ghost die had a smile, but a hole puncher wiped that smile from my ghosties faces! The stencil is from Altenew.

My clean and simple card couldn't have been easier. I used the ghost stencil and the flying bats stencil from Newton's Nook. I added the trick or treat die from the Halloween trio die set in a speech bubble and the card was complete. Well, not quite complete, I added all the fun little faces on my ghosts.

You still have time to play along at Cupcake Inspirations "Monsters/Ghost" challenge. In fact ghost and monsters do not need to be spooky or for Halloween. My card today could be for an October birthday as easily as it is for Halloween.
My card today features the most adorable "Casper the friendly ghost" ghost from My Favorite Things. I sent this card to my BFF who isn't into spooky. She loved this cute fun little ghost though.
So head on over to Cupcake Inspirationsand play along with our "Monsters/Ghost" challenge.
One week till the spookiest night of the year! Yay!! Halloween!! I love it! If you haven't got your weener cards in the mail today, you better get crackin'! The mail has been so slow lately.
Today is anew challenge at Inky Paws. We have a great sketch challenge that begs you to use one of the new "roundabout" stamps from Newton's Nook. If you haven't got any, check them out. Not only are they fun but they are very versatile.
Today's card features the "Spooky Roundabout". I die cut the image smaller than the actual stamp and stamped it a second time to fussy cut the ghosts. When put together it creates this fun effect of the ghosts flying off the image!
We are asking you to use PLAID on your CAS card. Since Halloween is just a week or two away, all I am making is spooky cards.
My card uses a very old Sizzix ghost die set. I use this die every year. The saying is from Ellen Hutson.
And if my hipster ghosts do not have enough plaid going on they surrounded by a embossed plaid background.
The next question is, "What did I do with the negative die cut piece? Good question. Waste not want not.
You have two weeks to play along with our PLAID challenge at CAS on Friday!
I love making Halloween cards, almost as much as I like making Christmas cards. This year my unplanned theme seems to be booooooo- ghosts. Most of the cards I have made have ghosts in them.
Today's card is reminder that you have till Friday to play along with our sketch challenge at Inky Paws.
My card features the "Ghosts stencil" from Newton's Nook and the sentiment die from the "Halloween Trio" stamp set also from NN. To add interest to this card I drew in the faces on each of the ghostswith a black sharpie.
