Puss in Boots

Happy Monday. Another week gone by in our Covid world. Things seem to be calming down at the hospital I work at. The Covid cases are decreasing. We did our first Covid endoscopy case this past week.

I look like I am ready for  a moon walk. "Ground control to Major Tom". It takes a team to get you suited up and a team to get you unsuited.

Let's put Covid behind us for a while and play along at  Inky Paws  for their springy color challenge.

Pink, mint green white and black.

These were rather difficult colors for me, but I am always ready for a challenge.

My card today uses some new stamp sets from Newton's Nook- Newton's Rain boots, Bokeh stencil, and frames and flag die set. I love the cute little ducks quacking up around Newton!!

Please continue to stay safe, healthy, and enjoy the time at home crafting and join our color challenge at Inky Paws! You have two weeks to play with our color challenge at Inky Paws! We will chose a RANDOM entry to win a $20.00 Newton's Nook store gift certificate. Our favorite entries from each challenge will be highlighted the following Monday, so all entries have a chance to be featured on the blog.

The deadline to enter today's challenge is this Friday, May 1, 2020 at MN CST. The winners will be announced on the following Monday at Inky Paws.

Sue, I love everything about this card! I love the boot, the sentiment, the ducks and Newton with his cute flower on his ear! It is so incredibly cute!

PS I agree that you look like an astronaut and I can see why it would take an army to get in and out of that get up! Stay safe!!!

Sue, I love this card! It just screams happy and cute. The boot and cat are cute but the ducks steal the show.

P.S. Happy to hear that Covid cases are decreasing. Thank you and all your colleagues for all you do on behalf of all of us.

Adorable card and great use of the color combo. Our daughter in law finished nursing school less than a year ago and first job is in Orlando in the ER. We are so thankful to all of the medical staff working on the front lines. Stay safe Sue.

oh my gosh, how are you ever coping dressed like that. It does my head in just wearing rubber gloves. Stay safe so we can have more of your awesome cards. Love Dawn x
